Beef Massaman Thai Curry

Shallots, Garlics, Dry Chillies, Tamarind Paste, Shirmp Paste, Lemon Grass, Galangal, Spices, Gingers, Salt & Palm Sugar.
How to cook:
- Pour 1 pack of Beef Massaman Curry Paste (150gm) & 250ml coconut milk into a pot.
- Add 500gm beef/lamb & 2 small patoto (peeled n diced)
- Cook until tender.
- Add salt, sugar & seasoning to taste.
- Ready to serve.
